Shipping Policy
Barnes Graphix, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and custom orders may take up to 7-10 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number for easy tracking.
Local customers in Lethbridge can opt for local pickup during our hours of 10 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Fri) and 11 AM – 4 PM (Sat).
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective.
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
